Our story

Coffee, slowly.

Urguu ("dawn" in Mongolian) opened in 2024 with a simple idea — bring proper specialty coffee to UB without the pretense. Beans roasted in-house every Wednesday. Pastries baked fresh every morning.

We work with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Indonesia. Bring our beans home or stay and we'll brew it for you.
